Dr. Moses Fox III is a visionary strategist and ethical leadership consultant with over two decades of experience in higher education, organizational development, and community engagement. As Founder and Managing Member of Motif Consultants LLC, and the force behind The Verbal Truth, Dr. Fox builds scalable systems that empower leaders and institutions to drive transformational change. His career spans executive leadership roles, including service as Executive Director of Campus Affairs at Central Piedmont Community College, where he led multi-campus operations and strategic initiatives to enhance student success and institutional growth. He also served as the founding Area Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Union County where he advanced youth development and mentorship initiatives. He is known for bridging education, business, and civic interests through values-based governance, strategic partnerships, and equity-centered programming. Dr. Fox holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a focus on Ethics from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Pfeiffer University, and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Patrick Graham is a public and social sector leader and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) practitioner.  He has over 20 years of executive-level and policy development experience.  Dr. Graham currently serves as the CEO of the Concord Family Enrichment Association, the affordable housing and resource organization for the City of Concord, North Carolina.  He is the former president and CEO of Martin Luther King Center (Long Island), an Urban League affiliate for the Central Carolinas, Charlotte-Mecklenburg’s workforce development board, and Senior Policy Advisor for wealth building with the City of Richmond.  Dr. Graham is also widely used as a consultant for collaborative systems and strategic plans based on JEDI principles.  His experience includes leading regional organizations and serving on national social sector and workforce boards.
